PIA'S STORY
Pia’s educational background in Business and Accountancy was what led her to pursue a career in financial institutions. It was while working in Deutsche Bank that her career took a turn towards coaching which reshaped her leadership in a way that fulfilled her sense of purpose. After being recognized as the Bank’s Manager of the Year in 2012, Pia made the decision to shift paths and pursue Coaching and Facilitating to more deeply live her purpose.
“To connect the world through our shared humanity one breath, one moment, one conversation at a time,” is the Why that drives Pia’s every thought, word and action. It is this belief in the power of connecting and reconnecting with one’s sense of self and sense of others that prompted her to found Ripples of Quiet, a company anchored on this commitment to flourish human potential through purpose, empathy and a growth mindset.

BRAIN-BASED COACHING AND FACILITATING
The brain’s free time is spent making sense of ourselves, of others and ourselves in relation to others. We are wired to connect. Yet in the workplace, historically, leaders are groomed to engage with their teams primarily on a cognitive level with a focus on driving and delivering results. Nurturing relationships that provide a sense of self, belonging and purpose are secondary, at best.
